Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Express Shipping is also available in Delhi NCR

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, if your order has not been shipped yet, we can provide you with a store credit of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Exchange Window:

  • Requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Products with stains, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible unless received in that condition.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Inner wear, swimwear, accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customised or personalised items

Exchange Charges:

  • From June 2025, a nominal ₹49 fee is applicable for reverse shipping of all size exchanges.
  • If you request a second time exchange for the same product, an additional ₹250 charge will apply.
  • Second-time returns are not allowed.

Process:

  • Submit your request via our https://diamondlady.in/apps/return_prime
  • Once approved, pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, we request you to self-ship the item.
  • Upon receiving and verifying the product, your exchange will be processed.
  • Entire process may take 10–12 working days. Updates will be sent to your registered email.

Stock Availability:

  • Exchanges depend on stock. If unavailable, you'll receive store credit or the option to choose another item.

Important:

  • You cannot exchange a product for a different product directly.
    Instead, choose the return option, wait for the credit note, and place a new order using that coupon code.
  • If pickup service is not available at your pin code, we kindly request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The return address will be shared once your request is approved.

Return Window:

  • Requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Inner wear, accessories, or customised products.

Return Charges:

  • ₹129 deduction will apply for reverse shipping.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit (coupon code) after QC (quality check) is complete at our warehouse.

Coupon Code Terms:

  • Valid for 180 days from issue date.
  • Can be used only once.
  • Value of new product must be equal to or higher than the coupon amount.
  • Coupon codes and store credits cannot be combined in one order.
  • Exchange/return is not allowed on orders made using store credits.

We issue store credits only on your registered email ID. Here’s how to use your store credit for your next order:

  • Check your email for a message from us containing your store credit coupon code
  • For your next purchase, you must log in using the same email ID you used earlier
  1. .Go to our website and continue to checkout.
  2. Enter your email address and verify it using the 6-digit OTP sent to your inbox.
  3. Note: Creating a full account/profile is not necessary, but logging in with your email is required to apply the credit.
  • During checkout, you will see a coupon code option.
  • Copy-paste the coupon code sent to your email into that field to redeem your store credit.
