RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns -
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
A return charge of ₹129 applies.
Eligible returns are issued as store credit and not as a monetary refund. Store credit is valid for 1 year.

Size Exchanges -
Size exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
The first size exchange for a regularly priced product is free, delivery charges of ₹49 applies.
The complete exchange process normally takes 10–12 working days.
A second exchange for the same product is charged at ₹250.

Sale Products -
Sale products cannot be returned.
Size exchange is available subject to stock availability.
A size-exchange charge of ₹149 applies to sale products.
