Products Purchased in Sale

Products purchased in any sale are not available for return; only size exchange is available if the products are in stock. For size exchanges, a fee of Rs. 199 will be added. Please order accordingly. Credit notes can't be used during the sale.

Delivery

We deliver all across India. Products are generally dispatched in 3-10 working days, depending on the product you have ordered. If Partial Payment is available in your area, we charge Rs 50 for this service. You can save Rs 50 if you pay via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Exchange and Return Policy

We do not have a "Money Refund" policy.

Size Exchange

Size exchange is free. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit. If you receive an item and find that the size is not suitable, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. The whole process takes 10-12 working days.

Note on Second Exchange: The first size exchange for a particular product is free. However, if you change the same product for the second time, we charge a fee of Rs 250 for the second exchange/return.

If the product is not available in the size you want to exchange it for, a credit note will be issued.

Returns

If you don’t like the product or it’s fit, it can be returned to us. Please note that a nominal Return fee of Rs 100 will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the pickup, exchange, handling, packaging, and logistics. You will be issued a credit note for the returned product value. The credit note will appear in the "My Account" section after you log in.

Second-time Return: Returns are not available for a second time. Products ordered from store credit are not returned again. Size exchange is possible, but Rs 250 will be applied.

All returns must be initiated within 4 days of the delivery date.

Refund Policy

We do not have a "Money Refund" policy. If you wish to return the product because you don’t like it, we can provide you with a store "credit note" that can be used for future purchases on our website (valid for 6 months). Please note that a nominal return fee of Rs 100 will be charged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we provide a free product exchange. However, if you proceed with the return of the product, a return fee of Rs 100 will be charged.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not available under any circumstances, as the brand has no refund policy.

Credit notes will be issued based on the amount you have paid, after deducting Rs 100. Discounts or coupons used in the first order will not be applied in the second order.
